Originally from Barcelona, Daniel Yuste moved to London to study an MA in menswear at London College of Fashion which has been awarded with at distinction level.

Daniel studied BA in Fashion Design in Barcelona and after finishing interned with some different designers such as Martin lamothe, Omar Kashoura and Rui Leonardes.

Daniels recent graduate collection was selected to show at London Fashion Week FW 2014.

Entitled Insectivore, the collection aligns softness, strength and pliability by using a mixture of neoprene, resin, leather and nylon. The overall theme for the collection is protection. He explored the process of protection in nature and in particular a beetle’s structure - He applied their combatant and geometric shape to each garment and accessories, such as the "transformable bags". They can be worn as a backpack or as a briefcase following the mechanism of the insect when opening their wingcase. He also drew further inspiration from the 1995 thriller “Safe” by Todd Haynes which is about a society that needs to be protected from chemicals.
